GFG Consulting was engaged to provide a review of the City’s Park’s team and Works in two stages.
The project included:-
- The design and facilitation of workshops with all Operations Staff and interviews with Executive Staff
- Stakeholder engagement (including Communications Strategy)
- Conducting on-site observations of internal systems and facilities layouts to collect data
- Identify best practice within other Local Authorities.
- Review and analyse data and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
- Deliver comprehensive review report and actions.
GFG Consulting provided the following:-
- Delivery of an Outcomes Report with Recommendations and Implementation Plan
- Assisting with Implementation of Outcomes (2017/2018)
- Delivery of Works Planning and Active Management Training (2018)
- Follow up Work Planning/Active Management progress review (2019)
- Review of subsequent areas/activities – Construction Works (2019)
