Operations Review – City of Mandurah

GFG Consulting was engaged to provide a review of the City’s Park’s team and Works in two stages.

The project included:-

  • The design and facilitation of workshops with all Operations Staff and interviews with Executive Staff
  • Stakeholder engagement (including Communications Strategy)
  • Conducting on-site observations of internal systems and facilities layouts to collect data
  • Identify best practice within other Local Authorities.
  • Review and analyse data and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
  • Deliver comprehensive review report and actions.


GFG Consulting provided the following:-

  • Delivery of an Outcomes Report with Recommendations and Implementation Plan
  • Assisting with Implementation of Outcomes (2017/2018)
  • Delivery of Works Planning and Active Management Training (2018)
  • Follow up Work Planning/Active Management progress review (2019)
  • Review of subsequent areas/activities – Construction Works (2019)
