  • Strong background in civil design, engineering technical services and traffic-related roles.

  • Associate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with AutoCAD experience.

Senior Finance |
Accountant

  • Experienced accounting and finance professional with a background in Local Government.

  • Expertise across senior finance, financial accounting and finance coordination.

  • Bachelor of Business (Accounting), with experience using TechnologyOne and Synergy.

Fleet | Business Support | Administration

  • Experienced Local Government professional specialising in fleet administration, business support and administration.

  • Experience working across multiple Local Government organisations and directorates.

  • Certificate IV in Business and Certificate IV in Community Services, with TechnologyOne experience.

Communications

  • Senior marketing, communications and stakeholder relations professional with 25 years’ experience across private, not-for-profit and local government sectors.

  • Skilled in road safety investigations, infrastructure design and project delivery, stakeholder engagement and contractor management.

Procurement | Contracts | Tenders

  • Over 15 years’ experience in procurement, tendering and contract administration across WA Local and State Government.

  • Extensive experience coordinating RFQs, RFTs and EOIs, preparing tender documentation and supporting contract management.

  • Strong understanding of government procurement policies, legislative requirements, probity and compliance.
