Mark has participated in and led teams undertaking infrastructure planning, operations and construction activities. This has included significant community and stakeholder engagement for major strategies, plans and projects.

Mark has also been responsible for the environmental planning, management sustainability direction of an inner-city local authority, as well as multi-million dollar business enterprises such as the Collier Park Golf Course.​

Carol is a business leader and consultant with more than 20 years of cross-sector experience spanning corporate, government, Indigenous organisations, SMEs, NGOs, and universities. As the Founder and Managing Consultant of Create Enterprises, a boutique consultancy, she delivers strategic, results-driven solutions across the full business lifecycle.

Her expertise includes marketing, business development, governance, compliance, stakeholder engagement, ESG and sustainability strategy, and securing funding through grants, tenders, and award submissions.

Karen has contributed to the delivery of regional, marine, resources, high end luxury residential, tier one commercial and community projects.

Karen also has particular experience in Quality Assurance, assessment of Quality processes, development of QA templates to document compliances and is familiar with ISO9001 requirements. Karen has Bachelor qualifications in Architecture and well rounded construction industry experience.
