Nicole is certified in Scrum Master (Agile) and Prince2 qualified. Over her career, Nicole has held senior roles at WA Super and the City of Melville.

Nicole manages the Temporary Placement part of the GFG business and has successfully grown that part of the business over the past 5 years. Nicole also provides project specialist support for various Local Government projects and has also undertaken Job Classification and BIPERS Assessment support for various State Government departments.

Kelli is an experienced Work Health and Safety and People & Culture professional with over 20 years’ experience in local government.  She brings a strong background in recruitment and organisational wellbeing, with a practical and people-focused approach.

Kelli is also highly regarded for her expertise in WHS, including psychosocial risk management, injury management, and compliance. Known for her collaborative style, attention to detail, and commitment to positive workplace culture, Kelli enjoys working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver tailored, sustainable solutions that support both people and organisational success.

Principal Associate, Project Management

Mark has 27+ years experience in Local Government, Management and Senior Leadership roles. Mark has participated in and led teams undertaking infrastructure planning, operations and construction activities. This has included significant community and stakeholder engagement for major strategies, plans and projects.

Mark has also been responsible for the environmental planning, management sustainability direction of an inner-city local authority, as well as multi-million dollar business enterprises such as the Collier Park Golf Course.​

Since joining GFG in 2022, Mark has been involved with strategic and operational reviews for several local governments, asset and environmental planning, aboriginal engagement, delivery of technical projects and the management of an environmental project with significant community interest.

Carol is a business leader and consultant with more than 20 years of cross-sector experience spanning corporate, government, Indigenous organisations, SMEs, NGOs, and universities. As the Founder and Managing Consultant of Create Enterprises, a boutique consultancy, she delivers strategic, results-driven solutions across the full business lifecycle.

Her expertise includes marketing, business development, governance, compliance, stakeholder engagement, ESG and sustainability strategy, and securing funding through grants, tenders, and award submissions.

She is particularly passionate about creating social and environmental impact, supporting decarbonisation initiatives, ESG reporting, Indigenous governance, and sustainable business development.

With over 25 years of experience in internal consulting across various industries, Jason has successfully led cross-functional projects from Local Government to and Oil and Gas. Jason has contributed to Continuous Improvement teams, focusing on program support and large ERP.

Jason connects business requirements to daily operations and aims to provide practical solutions through Strategic Planning, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, and more, ensuring positive, sustained results.

Principal Associate, Project Management

With over 35 years of experience, Dean has acquired extensive experience in the planning, design and management of civil infrastructure and development projects. Projects have ranged from major and local roads to subdivisional estates (land and canal based) to newspaper printing complexes and mobile telephone networks, some of which have earned awards or are acknowledged as projects of excellence.

Dean adopts a "hands on" approach to his work ethic and has an excellent working knowledge and experience of current engineering design modelling packages.

15 years' experience in a range of roles in Tendering, Contract Award and Document Preparation, Project and Contract Management and Project Completion and Delivery. Karen has contributed to the delivery of regional, marine, resources, high end luxury residential, tier one commercial and community projects.

Karen also has particular experience in Quality Assurance, assessment of Quality processes, development of QA templates to document compliances and is familiar with ISO9001 requirements. Karen has Bachelor qualifications in Architecture and well rounded construction industry experience.
